At Bratty Cat, our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect phone models or incorrect selections.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us at hello@brattycat.co within 30 days of delivery.

Your order number
Photos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Incorrect Phone Model

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model when placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for cases ordered for the wrong phone model.
