Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect phone models, or incorrect selections.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@brattycat.co within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
